Can I move over from my Excel sheet?
Yes. The bulk import takes your existing artworks so you don't start from zero — images can be added afterwards.
Do my guests need an account to see a Private Room?
No. The link contains a private token and is the key. Guests see a calm gallery page on any device and can send an inquiry per artwork.
Do I own my data?
Always. Export your inventory as CSV with images, or download a full archive of everything at any time.
Does it work on my phone?
artwise is the same app on desktop and phone — update a location on the gallery floor or check provenance at a fair.
Can I issue certificates of authenticity?
Yes. Every certificate gets a registered number and a QR code that opens a public verification page, so anyone can check that it is registered and not revoked. Provenance and exhibition history are included automatically.
What does it cost?
You can start for free without a credit card. Paid plans unlock more artworks; you can cancel any time.
